ICA Banken are on a journey to establish an omnichannel customer journey and we are therefore investing in our marketing automation platform. We are now looking for a dedicated MarTech (Marketing Technology) lead to drive this establishment. This is your job: Welcome to a high-performing technical team that will have a fundamental impact on ICA Banken’s journey to establish omnichannel customer journeys. As MarTech lead you will have responsibility for the strategy and vision of the MarTech stack. The primary scope of this role is on CRM however, in the roadmap to enable an omnichannel customer journey in the future this scope will expand and include the entire customer experience in digital platforms. The MarTech team consists of two marketing automation specialists, one solution architect and additional support from other teams.
