Reach for Change is a global non-profit founded in Sweden, supporting social entrepreneurs who create sustainable solutions for children and young people. Since 2010, we have supported 2,000+ entrepreneurs across 18 countries.

Based in Stockholm and reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, this hands-on Finance Manager role owns the full accounting cycle for our Swedish entity – covering statutory reporting, grant finance, compliance, and business partnering with colleagues across Europe. It suits someone who wants genuine ownership of a finance function and is motivated by work with real social impact. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
