GDPR makes the data controller company also responsible for the actions by its partners. Therefore, it is not enough that you take care of your own readiness but you need to secure that your business partners are GDPR compliant as well.
What are the steps you can take to make marketing actions and how to go about it? How does GDPR affect marketing overall?
In the event we will also go through what GDPR has caused in the business and what kind of sanctions have been taken.

About the speaker
Rami Meling works as a business development manager at Suomen Asiakastieto, which acquired UC in June, and now the companies are building their common future. Rami has developed in Finland a GDPR service for 1.5 years and has been talking several times on the topic in the past year in various business events. Rami’s approach is pragmatic and he avoids cumbersome legal terms. In his opinion GDPR should not be seen as a scary thing, but as a guideline for better data management.
